Server Version#: 1.13.8.5395 Seems like LICENSE file has not been updated for a while. 2018-03-22 was when PMS 1.12.1.4885 was released. Plex Transcoder contains code from ffmpeg: http://downloads.plex.tv/ffmpeg-source/ffmpeg-2018-03-22.tar.gz Can we get a link to the latest version?

Any update on this? PMS 1.13.9.5456 just released today, but no change in LICENSE.
