When running a Plex Server remotely, is there any way I can limit login access to the server? I understand that I can limit access to the library content, but how can I prevent anyone from logging in to the Plex instance other than myself? If it is open to the world, then anyone with a Plex account can login to my remote server and watch whatever content libraries they have access to.

No, that’s not how it works. Only people you authorize can access your server.
