Linux repositories offline - Ubuntu download link doesn't work

Two issues.

  1. The Linux repositories outlined here are offline - https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/235974187-Enable-repository-updating-for-supported-Linux-server-distributions
  2. Manually downloading the 64 or 32 Ubuntu versions do not work; Fedora and CentOS downloads work fine.
