Live TV option not displaying on web clients

I’ve browsed through similar questions, but I’m not finding solutions. I have two plex servers running, both on Windows 10 boxes. When I launch Plex (browser) from either server, the Live TV option is there (on the left panel) and it works. When I launch a mobile client (Android), I also see Live TV (and it works). But using Chrome or Firefox (up to date) to connect to either Plex does not show the Live TV option anymore.

I’m on the most recent versions of my browsers and the Plex server. My tuners are HD HomeRuns (again, this works on the local server within the browser and my Android tablet and phone).

Thoughts?

You may have to pin the “Live TV” or “Live TV & DVR” media source back to the side bar.

Live TV is found at the bottom of the list, under the PLEX header.
Live TV & DVR is found under your server’s name.
Which of the two is actually visible, is dependent on whether “Live TV” has been disabled under https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/online-media-sources

There’s the issue. Live TV is not showing up as unpinned or as an option in the online-media sources.

Again, it is working for Android clients and at the server itself.

And oddly, “Live TV” is back as an option. I made no changes between yesterday and today.
