Server Version#: Synology, last updated a few weeks ago

Can someone please help? Both my windows and xbox plex clients updated a couple of days ago and since then, the server and my libraries no longer appear. My apple tv boxes have had no such issue. They still work fine at this point.
Update - solved the xbox issue by adding the server IP under settings and “manual servers”. Sadly the windows client has no such option under settings. Any advice?
