Would you mind sharing some technical details about what you’re streaming (see https://support.plex.tv/articles/201998867-investigate-media-information-and-formats/ ) and the CPU/GPU available on those two systems? Or are you streaming from the same physical/virtual host?

After a few hours of troubleshooting… Looks like the plex app settings on ATV might have gotten corrupted. I ended up deleting the app off ATV, then re-installing and the performance drastically improved. Still testing but a lot of the previous mentioned issues seem to have been resolved …
