Manually change "date added" date

Is there anyway to manually change the “date added” date on a movie? I sometimes rename or reorganize a file but then it updates the “date added” date to today, I’d like to manually change it back to when it was actually added to Plex. Note, I’m not talking about the “Originally Available” date. Thanks

Nope, there is no function in Plex to do this. The only way is to manually modify the Plex database, which we don’t recommend. If you are familiar with SQL and search around, you can find how to do it.
