Hello, i don’t exactly for to post.
I have a problem.
It is some days that after some minutes my playing stops and exit and i cannot make it restart.
After this stop i cannot even manually restart plex. I have to reboot my machine.

What I meant was: is this local ext4 storage or are those locations stored on some network drive or external NTFS drive or something like this?
My plex location is on an internal ssd disk where root is mounted. With fdisk -l i have

My movie files are on an unionfuse mount dir. Where 2 locations are usb HDD and 1 is a gdrive mounted with rclone i mounted like this:
unionfs-fuse -o cow,allow_other /FIRST_USB_HDD=RW:/SECOND_USB_HDD=RW:/GDRIVE=RW /media/google_crypt/crypt/Movies

However, somehow the access to your sqlite db is veeeeeery slow. Is there something special about your hardware?
Please perform a global “Optimize Database” behind “…” in next to “Libraries” in the web frontend.
Do you use special Plex plugins? Maybe, one of those plugins locks the database too long?
When did you trim your SSD the last time?
I’m using a NUC. I’ve used for about 4 years and never had problems, Now it is about 1 mouth that i have this problem. I though it was a problem with my OS, so i reisntall new OS about 1 week ago. Before doing it made a backup of /var/lib/plexmediaserver folder and restore it. But the problem is still there.
About plugins i just have trakt.tv and webtools, anything else. I have my user and 4 managed user that are my family.
what do you mean when i did trim my ssd? How to do it?
I’m afraid my filesystem is not EXT4

That’s just the EFI System Partition, not your Linux system. Please take a look at mount. It will tell you more about your partitions. You also use lvm2, so you won’t find the sda2 in your output.

Yes, it is ext4. Perfect.
Definitively 
Trim, i.e. garbage collection, is crucial for the health and performance of SSDs. 80GB have been garbage collected right now, so your SSD could not operate normally before.Please do the “Optimize Database” one more time.

One a week is enough. Just enable the following timer and it will be done automatically.
sudo systemctl enable fstrim.timer

I had to educate myself on this: Linux looses the information about the previous trim state at reboot. Thus, the first trim after a reboot always reports the complete unused space on the drive. So that’s normal and nothing to worry about.
The logs look OK to me and the database query times are now OK-ish. The only other unusual things I can think of are your unionfs-fuse configuration and your google drive setup. Please get rid of the unionfs configuration if possible. You can add multiple directories to a single plex library. And how do you mount google drive? rclone cache or something else? Did you watch a movie from google drive? A hung fuse file system operation could also cause your current issues.
About unionfuse, i use it because i have some movies in local and some on google drive.
When i have a movie locally i want to use it. If i add 2 different folders on plex library (local and remote) i don’t know which version is local and which is remote. Is there a way to found out origin or to tell plex to use one folder first?
About rclone i use cache and encrypted data. It is lot of time a use rclone and cache and i feel it works fine.
Also on my remote serve i have the same with no problem.
The difference is unionfs (that i don’t use on my vps). Maybe that is the problem. Do you have a suggestion on how to check if it is the problem without getting rid of it?

There is still something wrong with my plex.
Yesterday night it stoped playing no way to resume movie i was watching.
It was late and i when bed.
This morning i saw my plex web ui was stack in library scan so i gave a ps via terminal and this is what i see.:

Please do not mix the gdrive with the normal HDDs in an unionfs. That won’t work. And also disable any automatic scan and scheduled scan and “Perform extensive media analysis during maintenance”. This will get you temp banned by google periodically. And of course this could result in the hung processes you are seeing above.
Please create two different movie libraries and do not use unionfs at all. Library 1: add both HDDs. Library 2: only add gdrive. Manually “Scan Library Files”.
And make sure your rclone setup is the following “cloud remote -> cache -> crypt” and not the other way around.
In summary, your setup is very experimental. If it does work, perfect, if it does not we can just guess because your setup is very special and uses beta software with known problems. And this software is out of scope of Plex support.
Edit: I just saw, that you are using another external tool to perform library scans. Please also disable this with gdrive.
