Hello
I lost a lot of my viewed files in a corrupted database.
So I have to get to the process to mark viewed files “by hand”.
How I do it: I use the filter '“Unwatched” and the clic on the little bar on the side and choose “mark as viewed” (2 clicks)
I would like to know if it would be possible to have a list of the films with a checkbox and then something like “mark selected as viewed”
Or another idea to be in mark mode and then when I would clik on the poster it would highlight it and mark the film as viewed immediatly.
Please give me your feedback and vote if you like the idea
Multi-select works on a filtered list too:
Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard, then click on the first movie in a list
go down a bit (but not more than a few screen pages) and Shift-click on the last item
all items between the first and the last are now ‘selected’
If you need to mark items in a non-contiguous manner, hold down the CTRL key and click on every item you want to ‘select’
all the selected items can now be marked as ‘watched’ or added to a playlist or even be ‘edited’ (to add a tag for access control etc.) with the icons on the left screen side
Thanks OttoKerner for your post. I discovered something today
And it’s helping a lot ! I found the mark on the left hand side of the screen while selecting the items I wanted.
Sometimes because I have the ctrl button hold, it zooms in and out which is a bit annoying but I try to get around it
One question though: when I have mark as viewed with CTRL many movies, after that I seem to be still in “select mode” because when I click on a movie it selects it and does not go inside the movie like normal behavior.
Do you know how I exit the select mode without having to refresh the page ?
Click the empty box icon.
before “Selection” mode it is checked, when you click it it clears the little box icon and enters “Selection” mode. Click it again and the check mark reappears and you leave “Selection” mode.
