I installed recently a Xeon E5 2630 v4 in my server. It seems that plex sync isnt using the capacity of this CPU. In other forums i read that media sync transcode is a single threaded task. Is there a way so use multicore? Speed is around 1.5 … horribaly slow.
32 GB ECC RAM DDR4 2133 MHz
Temp folder for transcode in ramdisk (10GB)
Data from RaidZ1 (4 x WD Red 4TB)
Ubuntu Server 16.04.1
