Would be nice, on occasion, to be able to send a message to users, before they start playback - or general display the message when they login to their Player.
This could be information about planned maintenance, other downtime etc. . .
Does this already exist?
Not a text message, but you could use pre-roll to achieve that in a fancy way 
I am looking for a message from admin, shown before playback, with the option: “Don’t show this again”
You’re out of luck. There’s no such option
