Migrating library to a new Mac - sqlite database permission

I attempted to move my entire Plex library from an old 2012 Mac Mini (Intel based) to an M4 Mac mini (Apple Silicon) by copying the ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/ to the M4 mac.

However when launching PMS, I see lots of errors around the sqlite database files being readonly. I also tried to grant read and write permission to everyone (through Finder) but to no avail.

Has anyone come across this same issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
