Missing Recent Channels on Plex for Windows and Web UI Home Screen

Player Version#: 1.18.0.1392-cf94f6a1 (Windows), 4.41.1 (Web App)

On Shield TV, Apple TV, and iPhone X, I seem to get the “Recent Channels * Live TV & DVR” on the Home Screen of Plex making it easy to surf around local content / live tv / and plex provided content.

For some reason this is missing on the Plex for Windows App and the Web UI via Google Chrome.

Am I missing something here? Is there an option to turn this on?
