Missing sync function on 3.0.46-beta on Windows phone app, please fix
The button was there but hidden. This will be fixed in the next release.
Got the updated app (3.0.47-beta) and the sync button shows up. But the sync setting screen does not contains the save button, so it still not able to sync media with my device.
And there is no way to pull out the screen for the sync status as on Windows 10 app
And I found there is a problem, after media deleted, the library screen didn’t refresh by itself. I have to use the menu to load the library screen again to get the list without the deleted media. The same thing happened on Windows 10 app too. I would like to have the deleted media removed from the screen automatically.

You’re right, there was a layout bug which meant that the popup was covering the bottom row of buttons. I’ll fix it for the next release (should also take care of the back button).
Regarding the refresh of the deleted items, it is a known issue which is already prioritized on the queue of issues to address.
