One of my favorite features in Plex is this scrolling movie poster screensaver you can launch from the mobile app through chromecast or from the server device. I wish I had an easier way to launch this to brown movies at a glance.
- I wish you could control the folders it cycled through, so you could control which content (pg or non-pg) is shown
- I wish you had control over what info is shown, if you wanted to show just the picture, the file name or movie tag title, or a small synopsis
- I wish it was easier to launch from the mobile app as it won’t launch unless a movie has finished
- I wish it I could keep it connected to the server and it wouldn’t automatically disconnect after a few minutes
- I wish I could click a button that would launch it automatically from anywhere with the UI
