Most recent 1.22 updates completed destroyed the plex server functionality

Server Version#: 1.20.x

For a couple weeks the plex server started crashing. I have ran the most recent updated everytime they come out. However the plex server continues to crash. I ran sqlite3 check on the DB and at first I get:
“Error: no such collation sequence: naturalsort”

based on the plex guide for this I am able to delete the index but after another check I get:
“Error: no such collation sequence: icu_root”

I have tried the repair by dumping the DB and then importing into a new file but get met with a icu_root error.

Checking the logs right before it crashes this is reported:
Apr 24, 2021 08:38:35.862 [13588] ERROR - SQLITE3:0x90ba4d4, 11, database corruption at line 64817 of [bf8c1b2b7a]

At this point downgrading back to 1.20.X does not work. Upgrading to 1.22.X does not work. Pretty sure I have to start from scratch for all media references as well as sharing it to my devices/users. Thoughts anyone before I do that?
