Movie subject sucks, I can't watch any movie even though I bought a pass subscription

I can’t watch any movie or listen to music in Plex app. So I can’t use any app in Plex app.

Would you mind elaborating this a bit?
Plex Pass doesn’t give you access to media nor change the content available through Plex’ online media sources like their video on demand or live tv streaming.

I know that the media will not change its own content, but I cannot watch any of the movies installed in the application, so I demand my money back.
