I know that this is quite hard and likely a very long shot but it would be great if Plex could suggest new movies, movies that are not yet in my library.
It could either suggest movies based on what's already in my library or on what I have watched recently. You are already in the good position of managing data about everyone's library and I would happily pay a little extra for this feature.
I use trakt.tv for this. Everything will be scrobbled from plex to trakt and trakt recommend me new movies based on my watching history.
I don't see this coming to plex. Not soon atleast.
Thanks for the suggestion. Trakt seems good but unfortunately the integration with Plex seemed a little buggy. For some reason the plugin was able to sync only the last 23 movies I have watched and nothing else of my collection/library.
Thanks anyway. I'll try again trakt in a while to see if they solved the problem.
