Recreating this thread since the original is closed. There still doesn’t seem to be a working way to set track numbers correctly for multi-disc albums. More info here: How to get disc number for tracks?
Hi @matthewdias - Not entirely sure what you are asking, however if I set the appropriate Disk and Track numbers within the ID3 Tags of the MP3 / FLAC Tracks, I end up with this within Plex, which seems to work just fine…
To restate the situation from the original thread, I developed a music metadata scanner. I want to be able to use the disc info from my data source to apply the disc numbers to tracks regardless of what tags they already have. I’m not using the built in Plex agent.
