Music Library display blank Chinese Titles

Player Version#: Plex Web Version 4.46.2, Plex for window Version 1.23.0.1435-e10e14cf

I have problem having Plex pick up Chinese Music Titles from music files

Under Music Library, It shows Artist, Album, Album Artist in Chinse, but it is blank under Title.
Did I set something incorrectly? I have not used Music for a few years and I recall it used to work
I found out the only way is to edit the music files from Plex and enter the title.

Please help. Thanks

After numerous try with refreshing metadata with different Library settings, I managed to have all titles showed up. But I discovered that many field of Artists and Album Artists, or Album contents are incorrect with both Chinese and English titles.
