My Plex app has a created date of 1 Jan 1970

I have been having trouble getting Plex to see a few new movies I’ve added to my NAS. Now I have noticed that my Plex app (Mac 10.15.7) has the creation date of 1 Jan 1970. I wonder if someone has some advice what I can do? Thanks.
