Like I said I paid for the plex pass, and I set up the dvr. I included a picture to show you that it is setup and also shows you that only my personal movies and photos are showing up, but not tv. What do I do? I have the most recent server version installed and everything. I am so confused. I am using an HDhomerun which seems to be setup correctly and it seems to be connected according to the settings which you can see in the picture. Any ideas?
If that is the Windows Store Plex app remove it and install the Plex Media Player available at https://www.plex.tv/downloads/.

What about the app on my tv? I need it to work there but it also isn’t showing up.
Can’t really advise on the app since there is nothing I see where you have specified what TV Brand/Year/OS.
Live TV is not available yet on many smart TVs.
