Player Version#:1.33.0.2444-a220eae4
After updating Plex Server to 1.24.2.4973 I get a Corrupt Database error:

When doing a integrity check I see that the database is in fact corrupt:
When I do a repair everything seems to work fine but afterwards I still get the Database error.
If I reinstall version 1.23.3.4707 and restore my database everything works fine. I just cant update?
Any help would be appreciated.

Try performing the Manually Repair the Database steps from the Repair a Corrupted Database | Plex Support document.
That will always produce a non-malformed database disk image. If it works, great!
But because there’s a file problem, it can’t guarantee that all Plex data is correctly extracted & restored. In that case, the options are to -

Tried a manual repair - No Luck
The only backed up version I have is also corrupt.
So I guess my only choice is to start fresh or not update the server.

Even if you don’t update your server – your database will become more and more corrupted in daily use.
Try the manual repair on this one, too.
