Hey guys! So I set up Tautulli yesterday (awesome by the way) and everything worked fine until I restarted my PC this morning. Now I’m getting these error messages: https://i.imgur.com/FWwNoKV.png
I’ve been looking myself for the past hour, but the only thing I can find is if you have Plex to only connect via secure connections. I’m very sure that I have it set up to receive any connections though - here you can see that secure connections are disabled - https://i.imgur.com/Nob8JNu.png
I only use Plex at home over my local network so I don’t think it’s necessary to worry about secure connections anyway.
Anyway, some help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more info, just let me know!
PS - I hope this is an acceptable forum to post this on - if not, please let me know where I should be instead!
Thanks <3
That error and how to handle it is something you unfortunately need to ask them.
It’s likely an issue with it signing into your plex account but they know those details far better than we do.
@shark2k
Thank you for that! I had no idea.

Thank you for the quick reply! I actually fixed it! I read your post and double checked the Tautulli settings and what do you know, for some reason, the “Plex IP or Hostname” setting, for some unknown reason, had been changed to some random, non-existent IP address. All I had to do was change it back.

Your best bet is to go post here: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/307821/tautulli-monitor-your-plex-media-server/p1 but make sure that you check the FAQ here first: GitHub - Tautulli/Tautulli-Wiki: Wiki for Tautulli before asking your question.

Thanks for the quick reply as well Shark2k! I’ll bookmark both of those pages for future reference/issues.
Thanks again to both of you, sorry for wasting your time! <3
Don’t worry about it. Now you know where the FAQ is located in case you need it in the future as well as where you can ask on the forums. And you were able to solve the issue yourself, which is always satisfying (even if it happens to be something simple that you overlooked for whatever reason, believe me, I’ve done that plenty of times).
