I don’t have any tv have linked/ signed in wish never had to do but I had a change tv can any one help please
I have a pre paid box also pre loaded when I put the new tv up it asked me to log in which never done so linked as they told me but all I’ve got Is a search page ? Do I have to pay again ?

If you paid someone to add you to his server, then this is illegal and not supported by Plex.
The box is from plex pre loaded and pre paid haven’t had any problems till I changed tv
There is no such thing as “pre-loaded” boxes available from Plex Inc.
Therefore you’ll have to refer to the one who took your money for this (illegal) “pre-loaded” box.
