I don’t have any tv have linked/ signed in wish never had to do but I had a change tv can any one help please

I have a pre paid box also pre loaded when I put the new tv up it asked me to log in which never done so linked as they told me but all I’ve got Is a search page ? Do I have to pay again ?

The box is from plex pre loaded and pre paid haven’t had any problems till I changed tv

There is no such thing as “pre-loaded” boxes available from Plex Inc. Therefore you’ll have to refer to the one who took your money for this (illegal) “pre-loaded” box.
