I have been having this issue for quite some time. Every time I add a new movie to my server (For this example - Fast X), and when I go to play it on another computer using app.plex.tv on a Chrome web browser, the movie takes up to 1-2 minutes to play. I have friends that try to play the same movie from a Chromecast, and the movie does not play at all and just continuously loads. The last test I did (seen in the Plex Media Server.log) is around 15:06 with the movie Fast X.

All movies I have on my server play fine except for these new movies that are added. Sometimes to try to resolve it, atleast temporarily, is I remove the movie from the folder structure, scan library files, empty trash, re-add the movie to the folder structure, then scan library files. Sometimes this fixes it for a period of time. But then the loading issue come back again.
I also want to add that for these movies that have issues, when I try to check the play history on it (3 dots icon on movie > View Play History), it loads for some time then errors out.
Is there anything in the attached log that points to an issue with loading?
If anything else is needed to help investigate please let me know.
