Hey guys, I really appreciate if I can get any help with this.
I have my own server plus another couple of servers that are shared with me. The one I use the most, by far the largest, is one of the ones shared with me. On that one, I can’t get cover art to appear on my iPhone plex app or Apple TV plex app.
The cover art for tv shows and movies shows up fine on the native tv app, on my android’s app, on safari on iPhone, on windows, etc. Nothing on the two most recent devices, the new iPhone and new Apple TV 4K 2021.
I tried uninstalling, deleting local files to log in again, etc… no luck.
Seems weird that it’s an issue only with that one server and only on the two newest devices and only on their native apps.
If anyone has a clue on something I could try, that’d be awesome! Thanks
PS: I should mention the Apple TV is new but the iPhone has a couple of weeks already and I’ve tried multiple days to sign out or completely erase the data from the app. I even formatted the iPhone once and nothing changed.
