No setup button

I have plex pass. When I go to Settings/Live TV & DVR there is no button to set it up! Where are the setup options?

Well, I have TVHeadend with tvhproxy running, which presents iteself as HDHomeRun.

So, the setup button only appears if there is a supported device found? If that is the case, it would be useful/sensible if that was reported on the page.
