Not Authorised Error, Prefereces.xml is empty already?

I am using a Docker instance from DockerHub and is updated to latest.

I have fixed a few issues in the last few hours trying to access my library but I’ve hit another wall.

If I use the IP to access the server it asks me for a login, I do this, the same one I used before and it tells me I am not authorized to access this server. So based on this article https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/ I tried to clean up my preferences to fix it.

But when I found this file it’s mostly empty already:

Am I following the wrong instructions, or is this the wrong file? As far as I can see this right.
