I’ve been trying out Plex the last few days.
Had some problem with a movie and decided to optimise it.
The original movie file is a 4K H.265 MKV.
Did one optimization yesterday to “Original Quality”.
Went to bed and timed a shutdown of my PC which is running PMS.
Today I watched the optimized video and had to find out, that the last 8 mins of my movie are missing.
I then thought I may have shutdown my PC before the optimization could finish (and somehow still got a playble file) and inteded to “finish” the optimization process.
However I started a new optimization for “TV” (1080p) and still ended up with the same short movie - to the second.
Is there a limit in length? The movie is a bit over two hours.
Or what am I doing wrong?
I’m not stuck with a cliffhanger but I’d still like to watch the full ending of the movie.
