I’m interested to purchase a NVIDIA Quadro M2000 to use with Plex running on TrueNAS Scale/Dell R720xd and enable 4K transcoding and hardware acceleration. Can you please share your experiences with this card? Thank you.
I have a Quadro P4000, mines a bit beefer of a card but it works well. I run Ubuntu 22.04 LTS in a Hyper-V VM with the card passed through using DDA. You should have no issues with multiple transcoded streams on that.
