Odd behavior and log full of CERT: incomplete TLS handshake: no shared cipher

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2058
Player Version#: Web 4.8.4

A few days ago one of my servers had an odd OS issue and caused some issues with plex and more specifically the preferences.xml. Of course (my own fault) I didn’t have an exact backup of it. So after a little bit of messing around I got the server back up with users and media back.

It seemed to be working ok but some users are still seeing it “offline” while others are able to access it with no problem.

So I checked the log and it’s full of

Nov 29, 2019 19:17:00.628	DEBUG	CERT: incomplete TLS handshake: no shared cipher
Nov 29, 2019 19:17:00.543	DEBUG	CERT: incomplete TLS handshake: no shared cipher
Nov 29, 2019 19:17:00.460	DEBUG	CERT: incomplete TLS handshake: no shared cipher
Nov 29, 2019 19:17:00.377	DEBUG	CERT: incomplete TLS handshake: no shared cipher
Nov 29, 2019 19:17:00.296	DEBUG	CERT: incomplete TLS handshake: no shared cipher
Nov 29, 2019 19:17:00.212	DEBUG	CERT: incomplete TLS handshake: no shared cipher

I’m happy to send full log but might need to restart server and get clean log as this one is a mess. I rebooted the server a few hours ago to make sure it wasn’t something silly.

I also tried to turn secure connection to disable and back to preferred.

Still seeing this. Searched forums and a few referred to security cert issue but I’m not sure how to fix it.

Thank you in advance!
