Odd errors in logs - "Had trouble breaking ratingKey"

Can anyone shed any light as to what these mean? Are they to be ignored? I'm trying to troubleshoot some intermittent problems with my plugin just stopping the video at random points. Looking at the logs i'm seeing a lot of the following entries. As you can see the errors just reoccur every 10 seconds. I did a quick search of the forum and documentation and was not able to find anything useful.

Are there any errors in the com.plexapp.system.log or the plugin log?

I'm told that error indicates that the client app is sending malformed timeline requests. It's not a bug in your code but it'd be good to make sure that the appropriate client developer is aware of the issue.
