I'm not a a desktop. to view it at the moment but are you sure you have the version of pillow that corresponds to your version of python e.g. exact version number and 32 or 64 bit?
yes i do install the x64 for both.
i do re-download both to be sure, and install them. (python 278 and pillow 261)
Pillow see the Python27 directory and able to download.
I see fanart in the folder, so look working, but not on the ATV.

That package version doesn't seem to match up if you see the first post in this is thread.
It will probably be the morning though before any one gets to see the log though as we are all in Europe.

i do test it with version 2.2.1 and the result is the same.
it's ok for the delay, time zone for me is eastern time, montreal.

If I remember correctly, that aTV firmware doesn't support background art, does it?
Anyways, I guess PlexConnect needs to check and deactivate the feature in that case.

iOS 6.0 (7.0.1)+ is when fanart gets supported by the firmware.

hi everybody
I have a problem with fanart on plexconnect.
I'm using the last version of Plexconnect on Synology nas and ATV3 (it work fine). My problem : I see fanart of my movies or my Tv Shows only when I navigate in " by collection" or "by genre" in my librairies, but if i navigate in "All movies" or "on Deck" there is no fanart to see.
Does anybody have a idea how to resolve that ?

Please follow the following steps, as outlined in "how to report an issue" (this will just capture the salient stuff for us):

Ensure you post your 'PlexConnect.log' file to pastebin and post the link ('PlexConnect.log' is located in your PlexConnect folder). If possible, follow these steps to create a "more detailed fresh" one:
- shutdown PlexConnect
- in 'Settings.cfg', set loglevel to "High" (note the capital 'H')
- delete the existing log file
- restart PlexConnect
- repeat the issue
- immediately close PlexConnect and post the log.
- in 'Settings.cfg', set the loglevel back to "Normal"

I try to see something me too, I found nothing but I'm not an expert
But does Phototranscoderation have a relation with fanart ?
As I had problems when I tried to watch movies with transcoderation option on "Auto" or "DirectPlay", I fixed this issue with "Transcode".
