omg…so was just poking around looking at deleting the maaged account and replacing it, but just read “Adding other plex users to Hom requires a PLEX PASS???!!! Since when??? is it saying this because i have 2 users (admin and managed acct) and maybe limit for free is 2? or is this a change that to add anyone beyond the admin now requires the pass? AND, could THAT be part of why my managed account after reinstall is NOT seeing the server? Im gonna be so pissed if just 1 user beyond admin is gonna cost money…thats some BS IF SO
sigh…NEVER EASY!!!
so i tried to add the second account just to see what would happen not having a plex pass and in setting it up it asked me to select my server so i checked it and it did NOT gove me any specific libraries to change permission settings for jist said (allow access to all libraries). so i thought checking the server would solve the no server connected…but it did not. when i go back the user library access it STILL SAYS YOU DONT HAVE ANY CONNECTED SERVERS. this is making me want to just throw myself off a cliff….metaphorically of course…but seriously!
