Im looking for the old QPKG for my old Qnap TS-221 Nas. It seems lige that it is nowhere to be found, so i ask the community if anyone have it.
Haven’t got that version, but also do note, that the latest version avail for that was V0.9.16
Above version is so old, that clients no longer support it, so IMHO due to above, not worth it 
You NAS can however be used as storage for your media, but you need a newer platform for the PMS Server itself
