Something seems to have happening to my play history and all older history has disappeared. PMS seems to think that it has 12836 played listings but anything further back than Nov 26 2020 won’t display. Worse than that, if you download a new TV programme PMS thinks it has not been played even though it has been watched. I don’t know the exact date that it seems to have no knowledge of played items but it is now extremely difficult to know if TV show has been watched.
Has anyone else come across this? Is there a way to fix it?
