I have the server on my Win10 PC, and watching in my home either on our Android TV (both the PC and TV are hard-wired via Ethernet) or on Kindle or Phone over Wi-fi. Everything I’ve watched has been fine, not sure about the kids movies since I’m not sure they would notice. We were watching a movie today (“Hugo”, if it matters) and it was stuttering. Not terribly, and the kids didn’t complain but it was bugging me a lot!
Not sure where to begin fixing this. I’ve seen some other threads requesting log files, so I went into the web app, to Troubleshooting, and clicked “Download Logs”. Not sure if I’m supposed to only download the logs for watch they were watching, or how it works, but I’m posting the 2 log files that were generated while they were watching. Hope this is correct! If there’s any other info that would be helpful, please let me know. Thanks!
