An issue has recently been found in Plex for Android which has just fixed.

See release note for 7.7.1

  • [Mobile] Relay connections would take precedence over local connections.
  • [Mobile] App could end up trying to use an out of date Relay connection.

If problems persist with 7.7.1 would need to see fresh logs from the server and the app
