You can… there’s just no “semi-persistent” mode or applying it for a single session as requested in this suggestion.

Skip Intro (Plex Pass Required)

For TV show content that has intro markers this option determines if it will automatically skip the intro or even show the button.

Choices are:

• Disabled: Don’t show the Skip Intro button at all
• Manually: Show the Skip Intro button (Default)
• Automatically: Skip the intro sequence without having to hit the button
