Organize and play mp3 files?

Plex Media Server Metadata & Adding Files

Server Version#:4.132.2

I created a folder on my Plex server in which I have added mp3 files. But they do not show up in my library and I cannot play them. The Fowler does show up in plex player.

Any suggestions?
