Hello,
I’ve encountered an issue with audio/video sync when playing a movie after encoding it in “Original Quality” using Plex.
The original MKV file plays perfectly on Plex (both Windows app and smart TV). But once I transcode it using the “Original Quality” preset, the resulting MP4 file has a noticeable delay — only when played in Plex (on Windows and on TV).
When I play the transcoded MP4 in VLC, there is no delay — everything is perfectly in sync.
My Plex Media Server is running on Windows, version 1.41.6.9685.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
