This is more a fun fact than a nessecity.
It would be nice to, when notified that someone is watching, to start an osd chat with the user. You could help with setting or send spoilers.
It would be good to use the phone apps as default chat app, but you could use a remote with keys to text back.
I started thinking about it as a serveradmin to notify the users for new movies upcoming downtime or other data related notes. In stead of texting everyone. As soon as the app started and you would start playing a osd with the notification would come by. If the time has passes you could set it to skip it as it has no more value to tell.
Anyway curious if others would like this feature or would have other twists to the idea.

This is a good idea, would be very useful,
Right now im working on a shoutbox for htpc manager. Its not straight to the plex player but at least i have a place to notify all users about things.
Only if I can block it. If I were just starting to watch a show and a chat pops up, I’m more likely to be pissed off about it.
