Community comments on movie timeline

Do you know how SoundCloud’s community, or RapGenius’ community can annotate a music track or lyrics with interpretation or comments? This may be more out there, but imagine a similar thing for movies. The movie is running, not necessarily in sync with every Plex viewer, but everyone can submit a comment or interpretation to Plex, which will save it on their servers (without the movie itself, just the text and timecode). Send server messages

It would be great as a PlexPass user to unlock a feature to send messages to the viewers. Information on planned maintenance (running every 20min or so) Restart information (one time message) and so on. This would be nice to have when you have a shared server.
