I looked everywhere and I didn’t find a suggestion about this topic, so I apologize if there already is one.
I think Plex does a fantastic job at detecting intros to T.V. shows (even though there’s an audio de-sync when you select “Skip Intro”), so I believe it can do just as well at detecting the outros of a show. It can be annoying to not only have to watch all of the credits at the end of an episode, but you then have to wait 10 or 15 seconds for the next one to start.
I think it would be a great implementation for Plex to detect when the show is ending and you see a progress bar about to start the next episode like it does on all the other streaming giants (Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc). This would create a seamless transition from one episode to the next.
