Afraid you are going to need to provide more details than just how to get movies new to Plex.
Plex is just a media management system that now has DVR and Live TV. There are no movies that Plex releases. The new to Plex would be movies you have added to your Plex library.
You have misunderstood what Plex is for.
Plex is for viewing YOUR OWN media.
With the addition of LiveTV you can make your own media by DVRing it through Plex.
But this is not a movie service.
