I'd love to see some sort of subtitle-grading and removal.
For instance, in a TV-episode I might have 8 different english subtitles and 2 swedish ones.
The reason?
My automated setup first downloads a TV-episode in HDTV quality, then in WEBDL-quality and lastly in Bluray quality. 3 different subtitles for each release - but as far as Plex is concerned, its the same episode. Bam, 3 english subtitles... and theeeeen.
The built-in agent doesn't work reliably, and therefore I also have Filebot automatically downloading subtitles. Plex doesn't store subtitles in the same directory as the file, which means that as far as Filebot is concerned, there is no subtitle. Bam, you just doubled the amount of subtitles (in case the metadata agent found subs for them all).
This thing happens twice, because I store everything in both english and swedish (I prefer english, my family doesn't).
I'd love to have something that lets me play a file, see if a particular subtitle is in sync and then mark that as "correct sync" or something. I'd do this when the episode was finally in bluray-format. The others I'd want to have discarded.
How are things progressing otherwise?
