Paused Stream Timeout Feature Request

I would love the ability to set a timeout for a remote user who has paused a video so that it doesn’t keep the connection and stream open indefinitely. As of today, if a remote user pauses a video it stays live in the active status page of the server. Can we please get a timeout feature in all of the plex apps where after say 10min of a paused video it bounces the user back to the menu page and closes the video stream from the server?

(Netflix and most of the video streaming services have a pause timeout feature built in standard so they are not allocating and wasting resources)
