I use Plex on a ReadyNAS RN516.
I restored the backup to
/apps/plexmediaserver/MediaLibrary/Plex Media Server/
As mentioned in the support document, the owner of these files have to set to plex:plex
This could not be done, there is no user plex on this machine, (I looked into /etc/passwd file
ls -al shows all files and directory belong to root:root
Both .db files also belong to root:root
When starting plex, the media is empty.
Could this be a problem with the permission of the files, or what went wrong?
